Curated by Sherry Doyal, a maker, artist and teacher who has worked as a conservator with natural science and history collections.

Lovely feedback from workshop participants

Thank you for a brilliant workshop I really enjoyed it. I came away feeling inspired to do more felting.

Absolutely amazing organisation from start to finish. You were so prepared I've never been to workshop that was so well thought out. I love my bag of goodies too.

Thanks again

Genette. Workshop 8/10/2022

Thank you so much for a thoroughly enjoyable day! The venue was perfect and so was the weather.

The workshop was paced and pitched just right. It felt relaxing but productive and it was so well organised and prepared.

It was lovely to learn the felt making process and bring home an almost finished piece as well as a goodie bag of beautiful wools and silks. I hope I will find time soon to complete a second piece and have a go at some more scenes of my own before too long.

Thanks again for a lovely day!

Thank you, I had a really lovely day on Saturday. I still can't believe the amazing changes in the wools in the wet felting process. It's absolutely fascinating.

Thank you again for such a brilliant workshop. Both pieces are now complete and I've enjoyed every minute of the process and learnt such a lot. It was wonderful coming away with the materials for the second design and the embroidery threads.

One of the best presents I've ever had  it just kept giving as I enjoyed the embroidery and making the second piece.
